Charlotte’s Web “peaks Bookshelf – Västerbotten Folkblad

EB White’s children’s book “Charlotte’s Web” is the winner when critics from some of the world’s heaviest media have listed children’s literature’s finest works. It is employees at, among others, the Sunday Times, Time magazine, the BBC and The New Oxford Companion has developed charts, writes SVT’s “Culture News”.

Second on the list is CS Lewis’ The Witch and the Wardrobe “( 1950), followed by Maurice Sendaks “Where The Wild Things” (1963), Lewis Carroll’s “Alice in Wonderland” (1865) and Louisa May Alcott’s “Young Women” (1868).
