Caitlyn Jenner, who at the time of the crash was a man and was called Bruce, has been sued twice before the accident. The first time already in February, where the stepchildren of the woman who was killed Jenner blamed for having caused the accident through negligence.
The second citation came in June from a woman who was injured in the car accident. She claims that Jenner was driving his car “negligent, careless, reckless and ruthless” and thus caused the crash.
