Guns concert – thousands snuvades U2 – Swedish Radio

Thousands of people had to return home last night when U2′s concert in Globen was canceled. Police now confirm that it has established a notification of violation of the Arms Act.

The inlet was slow and at 19.30 when it would all launch was still large numbers not in Globe. At 21 came the news that the premises would be vacated.

– We interacted with the organizers and helped with the search through the stadium and the surrounding area, says Tove Hägg as spokesperson of the police.

There are reports in the media that a person should have been in with a gun?

– That I will not comment at all. We have received information from the organizers who have done that we have drawn up a report on violations of the Arms Act. What tasks is I can not tell you that would obstruct the investigation. No person is even suspected of a crime.

What was it in place?

– We usually use green yellow red when we talk about how it is on location and green is clearly good and I have not heard anything other than that it was green green so I have not heard anything other than that the people seem to have taken it calmly.

A new extra U2 concert, where tickets yesterday comes, will be held on Tuesday.
