The American entertainer Bill Cosby has been ordered to under oath to answer questions about a case from 1974, when he was suspected of having sexually assaulted the then 15-year-old girl Judy Huth. The assault must have been made in a so-called Playboy villa in Los Angeles.
The words, which was presented on Tuesday and published on Wednesday by a court in Los Angeles, states that Cosby under oath to answer questions from Huths lawyers October 9 this year, and she will answer questions from Cosby lawyers the 15th of the same month.
Bill Cosby lawyers should have attempted to reverse the hearings.
Over 35 women have accused the 78-year-old comedian and actor of sexual abuse.
