SVT bet on Leif GW Persson Christmas. His autobiography “Gustavs guy” to be documentary in two parts, writes Expressen.
The book was released in 2011 and is including Leif GW’s class trip, and the love of the Father Gustav. But the documentary is also a portrayal of 1940s and 50s Sweden.
– This is about the time I was growing up. It is a time depiction, but it’s not that I have sold the rights to the book. It is a standalone story without my involvement, he told the newspaper.
Behind the documentary is journalist Jens Lind and producer Thomas Lindgren. It is broadcast in connection with the Christmas holidays, but it is not clear exactly what date.
