The American television company Fox Scraps TV series “Backstrom” after one season. Crime drama is based on Leif GW Persson’s police novels about Evert Backstrom.

Several US industry media reports that viewing figures for “Backstrom” in which Rainn Wilson played the main role has waned rapidly since the first episode aired in January.
