Picasso Administration for the 120 million sold – Västerbotten Folkblad

Pablo Picasso’s granddaughter Marina Picasso to sell 180 drawings and sculptures from the collection of approximately 10,000 works that she inherited from her grandfather, writes The Telegraph.

The works will be sold at auction by the auction houses in London in early February, and is expected to condition between SEK 50 000 and SEK 2.2 million each. Together they are valued at approximately $ 120 million.

It is not the first time this year that Marina Picasso sells off. Last summer she made away with 126 ceramic works of art with a value of just over SEK 152 million.

Marina Picasso said last week the Wall Street Journal that she wants to sell now, because prices are high.
