Good start for “Millennium” in the US – Swedish Dagbladet

The book was published on September 1, with the English title “The Girl in the spider’s web”, and over 200 000 books and e-books were sold in the first week, writes Entertainment Weekly.

– The response from the readers has exceeded what we expected, says Sonny Mehta at the book’s US publisher Alfred A Knopf.

Given the great interest in the publisher has now decided to order four more editions of the book, which is also in the top the bookstore chain Barnes & amp; Nobles bestseller list.

The first three books of the “Millennium” series, written by Stieg Larsson, has sold 80 million copies worldwide.
