Prince Charles played “Hamlet” – Västerbotten Courier

Prince Charles took the opportunity to jump in at some of Britain’s greatest actor acclaimed Shakespeare on Saturday night. Along with including Judi Dench and Benedict Cumberbatch he interpreted “Hamlet” on stage at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in the playwright’s birthplace, Stratford-upon-Avon.

Prince Charles, who had witnessed the show “Shakespeare Live” from the royal box, jumped into a scene where the actors discussed how the famous reply, “to be or not to be” really be said.

yesterday, it was exactly 400 years ago, William Shakespeare died.
