Attrell Cordes , better known as Prince Ask , died Friday at a hospital in New Jersey, reports Billboard. according to Cordes cousin and band colleague Doc G , point the singer of diabetes.

– I can confirm that Prince Ask has died in his sleep of complications from diabetes. I ask you respectfully to leave his wife, children, parents, siblings and other relatives in peace while they mourn, he tells Billboard.

Cordes was the original member of the hip hop group PM Dawn, which in the 90s had great success on the charts in both the US and Europe. in 1991, the single “set Adrift on memory Bliss” in as number one on the US Billboard chart.
