After Blink-182′s former guitarist and vocalist Tom DeLonge left the band earlier this year appears to the group, again a trio, to be on his feet again.
In an interview with NME reveals drummer Travis Barker they have recorded five new songs along with DeLonges replacement, Alkaline Trio singer Matt Skiba.
– The goal is to make an album and just write, says Barker NME.
Tom DeLonges defection was followed by public munhuggande ties between members, when DeLonge stated that he had not left the band, while the other two band members felt that Tom himself had withdrawn .
Blink-182 debuted with “Cheshire cat” in 1995 and has released five albums since then, most recently “Neighborhoods” in 2011.
