The documentary series “Making a murderer” has been all over the world to open their eyes to a criminal case in the US in 2005, when the 25-year-old Teresa Halbach was murdered.
previously, Steven Avery and his nephew Brendan Dassey convicted of the offense, but now a US judge decided to release the latter free, writes Variety.
Brendan Dassey, who was only 17 when the offense was carried out , was sentenced 2007-41 years in prison, guilty of including murder and sexual assault. Now a judge in Wisconsin ordered that he be released. This is because Dassey should have been forced to its recognition of the investigators, while his lawyer Len Kachinsky was not on hand to defend him, reports TMZ.
If the decision is not appealed by prosecutors in Wisconsin will Brendan Dassey to come out of prison for 90 days.
