The Swedish rising star Alicia Vikander was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in “Ex Machina”. The prize went instead to Kate Winslet for her performance in “Steve Jobs”. In the category of Best Actress tricks Brie Larson price for the film “Room”.
The prestigious Bafta award ceremony was held on Sunday evening at the Royal Opera House in London.
Galan big winner was “The Revenant” which won the prize for Best Sound, Best Film and Best Photography. Leonardo DiCaprio took home Best Actor for the same film, while Alejandro González Iñárritu took home the title as Best Director.
