Åkessons album covers broke the law – Västerbottens-kuriren (the Courier)

In november released the SD leader Jimmie Åkessons band Adorable children of her single "Defend and preserve". The release received a lot of attention and the cover was widely distributed in social media. Now it turns out that the document violated the law, writes the daily News.

The album cover was the band members portrayed as superheroes with the Swedish national emblem the Three crowns on the chest. The problem is that the crowns may not be used for commercial purposes without permission from the Patent and registration office.

the State herald Henrik Klackenberg got to see the cover and concluded that it was not legal. Even the band seems to have become aware of felsteget. In a new cover synthesis the members with a single crown on the chest instead of three, and the state did not take any action, evidenced by a letter from the Klackenberg.
