Photo finish determines in Uppsala’s tavern top – UNT

50 anonymous testers has taken on almost 800 Swedish restaurants. 598 of them were good enough to be involved in this year’s edition of the tavern Bible White Guide, which for the eleventh consecutive year, reviewing and ranks Sweden taverns.

The food and restaurant-Sweden This has become one of the year’s highlights. A book full of enjoying food, drink and service. And so the list with a score of course. “Who is the best in the country?” And we want to California residents so clearly know: “Who is the best in town?”

This year it is not easy to answer. Last year snuvades Villa Anna on its top ranking of Drink, who charmed White and guide the editorial testers total. This year the ports of the two restaurants on the exact same total score: 75 out of a possible 100. And it is not easy to distinguish them, in order to succeed with the required photo finish.

So here it is if you look really closely at the assessment: White Guide puts total at every restaurant. These are based on points for various things, such as food, service and atmosphere. Based on the scores are divided into different categories.

Drinks and Villa Anna ports both in the category “Very good class”, and within that category ranks taverns among themselves for total score. However, in the above classes, “International Master Class” and “Master Class”, ranks taverns after matpoängen.

It becomes a somewhat academic level, and the differences are minimal to say the least. But if you choose to really scrutinize the grades so pull Villa Anna is the longest straw, which has 31 points of food to drink, the 29th

For those readers who are just like that moderate interested tavern world so it is certainly more interesting to know what other restaurants in Uppsala as White Guide think you should visit.

Hamberg fish, such as recently got UNT Prize Gold jackdaw as honorary prize winner, is in third place on the list 64 points. Densely shaded by Luthagskrogen Aalto’s 62 points and two others by Svensson Group places: Jay Fu and station, both on 60 points. All four in the category of “good class”.

Last but not least, we also find Pepper Pepper and the year’s only newcomer Von Kraemer’s dining room. These may epithet “Also a great place.”

Overall, the Uppsala still when it comes to the number listed taverns, then a new creation and the now defunct Högmans brasserie fell out.
