The stone which was set up as a tribute to the band Broder Daniel and song Shoreline, is kept in the Castle Forest.
Indie band Brother Daniel played his last concert in 2008 at Way Out West in Castle Forest in Gothenburg.
Two anonymous artists put up a stone with the text ‘Play Shoreline “in order to pay tribute band. Many became involved last week when it became known that the municipal Parks Department wanted to remove the stone as it stood there without there permission.
But now it is clear that it may remain, says Parks and Landscape Committee’s
Chairman, Social Democrat Marina Johansson to P4 Gothenburg. 
A formal decision is not yet made, but only wants the Board ensure that the stone is stable and not likely tipping over and hurting someone.
