Julkalendern ”selma’s tale” most viewed all time – financial times

this Year’s advent calendar beats the record – and is the most watched of all time.

– It is jätteku, ” says Johanna Gårdare, programme manager at the Used to the SVT.

SVT:s julkalender "selma’s tale" has been hailed, among other things, for its holiday spirit, but also criticized their balance.

But viewers have given the thumbs-up and made it the most watched christmas calendar through the ages, confirms the SVT for Nöjesbladet. Each section has been seen by 2.5 million people in the television and close to 500 000 on SVT Play, writes SVT.

– It is great fun. The hardest thing for us is to find a story that appeals to the whole family. We have the broad mandate to reach all between 2-99 years old. The drab, cozy, and christmas has meant a lot. And, of course, that there is a strong story, ” says Johanna Gårdare, program director in February to SVT.

Last year’s advent calendar is "a Thousand years to christmas eve" dropped the SVT viewers between 3-11 years old, but the target group estimated this year’s advent calendar, writes SVT.
