The Louvre, the Pompidou Centre, the Palais de Tokyo, the Rodin Museum and a number of other museums and cultural institutions are closed in accordance with the French Cultural Ministry directives for the three days of national mourning beginning today. The annual photo trade fair Paris Photo in the Grand Palais also closed and will not open again. Many of the city’s art galleries have also chosen to keep it closed.
The London-based French designer Jean Jullien created in haste illustration Peace for Paris, which combines the Eiffel Tower and a peace sign and it is found today in a number of Paris ‘museums’ websites .
