After a nervy and even final stood Sandra Mastio eventually emerged victorious in the Swedish master chef in TV4.
The winner has been forced to remain silent since December, when the program was recorded.
– It has been difficult to keep quiet for four months. People I know have obviously asked, especially since the program started to be sent, says Sandra Mastio, everyday sellers from Limhamn.
She and the other finalist Louis Brydolf got a nasty surprise initially. All previous seasons have ended with a three course dinner, but this year would finalists prepare three hot meals.
– We thought we knew what we had before us. They had their ideas, but had to throw everything aside and think again.
It was unpleasantly evenly. First-cooked, they each Asian correct, then got the roast chicken which was carved before the jury. Somewhere began Sandra Mastio take command.
– I had never ever trancherat a chicken with only silverware, but I wanted to impress the jury – and it worked!
Prior to the last event , a signature dish, made near and dear entrance. It was double feelings for Mastio, who could not afford to lose focus.
– It was lucky not my children were with, then I probably would not have managed it emotionally. Now it was not so charged.
How nervous were you?
– really really nervous. In between shook it like a leaf.
She believes that the organization of the last law, cod, may have been decisive. Sandra Mastio did not know more than TV viewers about what was going on in the jury’s heads.
But the price, a cookbook contracts and SEK 250 000, became her. Now comes her first cookbook food Mastio and she will take with her husband on a culinary journey to Rome.
– I have more ideas into cookbooks in my head, then I would love to do more television come and work with Events , it feels like a lot ahead of me.
