50 Cent: “My lifestyle is fake” – Västerbotten Folkblad

Hip hop star Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson was recently sentenced to pay more than SEK 42 million in damages for having distributed a woman’s sex video online. Three days after the verdict asked 50 Cent himself bankrupt, despite his assets valued at between 84 and 421 million. The star says that his debts are equal.

Now, he claims that his extravagant lifestyle was fake, writes New York Post. During a second trial – where the rapper was questioned about his actual financial situation – he stated that he was in fact borrowed all the cars and jewelry that he has been seen since he made his breakthrough with the album “Get Rich or Die Tryin ‘in 2003.

He admitted, however, that he owns an estate with 21 rooms, basketball court and a nightclub.

– Now I’m not as cool as last week, Jackson said about his bankruptcy.
