It’s in an interview with The Guardian that Mills says it was she, and not the former Beatle, who taught their daughter Beatrice playing the saxophone.
– Beatrice has got the best from both parents. We are very musical both. I taught her to play saxophone because her father can not read music, so it is I who stands for all musical training, says Mills.
She generally has few warm words to spare for McCartney, who she divorced from under bitter circumstances in 2008.
– If you have nothing nice to say about someone you should not say anything at all, and it has much to do with the person I was married to.
