Swefilmer shut down – Aftonbladet

Piracy Site Swefilmer forced to shut down after a raid.

The administrator Ola Johansson says in a YouTube clip that he has been detained and that trial awaits.

The site launched in February 2011 and is today one of the leading in the country, where no state has offered the streaming of movies and series. One of the administrators, Ola Johansson says in the clip, the police made a search at the beginning of July, when among other things, confiscated his computer and mobile.

– I had to sit inside the detention center for 90 hours.

In the meantime, shut down the website and their Facebook page disappeared.

The film industry has long demanded that the illegal streaming sites skablockeras. Now comes news that Swefilmer laid to rest.

– We have decided that from Friday the site will be closed down, says Ola Johansson.
