Summer in P1 22/6: Siavosh Derakhti – Göteborgs-Posten

The 23-year-old Siavosh “Sia” Derakhti is undoubtedly more than that he often felt reduced to the media: “a Muslim who stand up for the Jews.”

He goes straight to the point. Starting at the gas chambers of Auschwitz-Birkenau. In the shadow of death, the death camp where he usually organize training trips to spread knowledge about the Holocaust. To needed. For so many today do not possess sufficient knowledge of what took place there. For survivors pointing to similarities between the then Nazi Germany and the political currents in Europe right now.

A wide and variegated starting field in Summer

The 23-year-old Siavosh “Sia” Derakhti, founder of network Young against anti-Semitism and xenophobia, and the first Swedish Raoul Wallenberg Prize is undoubtedly more than that he often felt reduced to the media: “a Muslim who stand up for the Jews.”

He is a survivor , who demanded and got their revenge. The guy with the IG in almost all subjects who received meet the US president. Youth Ambassador who calls for more courage and moral courage. The driving force whose moment in the ether is most similar to a burning appelltal or a sermon in humanism.

The three words “against all odds” summarizes well his sommarprat.

Too bad Siavosh Derakhti so rarely allow themselves to deviate from the merit list to be personalized in a less rhetorical way. It could have touched even more.

The last sentence: “Together, when we come through the points, then we have succeeded. My name Siavosh Derakhti. This was my Summer in P1. “

Music soft and summery, personal favorites. Songs to dance to as J Balvin Ft. Farruko: 6 AM, 2PAC Changes and Ghetto Gospel or P-Square: Alingo. A song dedicated parents, another a missing friend from the Zenith in Malmö.

Summer Host 23/6: Helene Anderson, artist, former police inspector.
